Sir Paul Callaghan Eureka! Awards 2019 - Entry Step Two

This form, for completing registration in the Sir Paul Callaghan Eureka! Awards 2019, is the final stage of the two step entry process.

This form must be completed by Friday, July 5, 2019.

For step two you will submit the name of your presentation and a bibliography of your supporting references, along with selecting your scholarship and/or internship. The full list of scholarships and internships will be available prior to the closing time for this form.
